RETURN POLICY

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS; FEES APPLY.

Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

1. The order still contains all the appropriate parts and components, and the packaging arrived exactly as it did with the product.

2. Normal handling of the product is evident; damage due to careless handling is excluded.

3. Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

4. The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.

5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs. 6. The return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you must follow these steps to initiate the return process:

Please ensure the email contains the following:

Order number

Reason for return request

Photo of the product if damaged

Customer's first and last name

Customer's address

We will then contact you and provide the return address. Please do not send the return to the sender; we will send you the correct address after you request it.

You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.

For returns from the United Arab Emirates, the customer will also be responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, import/export charges, or additional local costs associated with the return shipment, unless expressly stated otherwise by Lidia Nova.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly unrelated to their trade or profession.

A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Right of Cancellation

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive or accept the last goods.

Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, and a refund upon receipt of the goods is not possible.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Lidia Nova of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example, by email. The withdrawal is complete when we have received the goods. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Record for shipments in transit.

As our products are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already en route to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them. Of course, you can inform us of your cancellation in advance.

To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us proof of shipment.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs and any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard, least expensive delivery option. This reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract and the goods.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
