SHIPPING POLICY
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over AED 385.
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. During peak periods, sales, special promotions, or holidays, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer.
We process orders Monday through Friday. Order processing time is between 3 and 10 business days from the date of purchase. Once processed, your order will be shipped. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee its cancellation. If you need to modify your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, we cannot make changes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and ready for delivery. The estimated delivery time will depend on the destination country and will begin counting once the order has been shipped.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Spain: 5 to 8 business days
United Arab Emirates: 5 to 8 business days
Europe: 7 to 14 business days
USA: 7 to 15 business days
Canada: 7 to 16 business days
Central America: 10 to 25 business days
Australia/New Zealand: 10 to 26 business days
Other countries: 11 to 30 business days
In exceptional cases, due to logistical reasons beyond our control, an order may take longer than usual. In these situations, delivery may be delayed up to 40 business days.
If you experience an unusual delay with your order, please contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to assist you.
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can check the shipment status and progress in real time.
For orders shipped to the United Arab Emirates, prices may be displayed in AED depending on the corresponding market settings. Any duties, import taxes, customs fees, or additional local charges that may apply in the United Arab Emirates are the responsibility of the customer, unless expressly stated otherwise during the checkout process.
Delivery times to the United Arab Emirates are estimates and may vary due to customs processes, local holidays, logistical conditions, high demand, or circumstances beyond Lidia Nova's control.
Order Protection
We offer an optional Order Protection service, designed to provide greater peace of mind in case of any issues that may occur during shipping.
Order Protection covers exclusively shipping-related issues, including:
Lost packages, when the order does not arrive and is confirmed as lost by the shipping company.
Product damaged during transport, when the item arrives with visible damage caused during shipping.
Verified logistical issues that prevent the correct delivery of the order.
In the event of an issue covered by Order Protection, we will offer one of the following solutions, as applicable:
Reshipment of the product at no additional cost, or
Refund in the form of store credit.
Order Protection does not cover:
Delivery delays.
Incorrect address provided by the customer.
Recipient not being present at the time of delivery.
Orders marked as delivered by the shipping company.
Exchanges due to size, tastes, or personal preferences.
Damage or wear and tear resulting from use of the product. Import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other local charges applicable in the destination country.
To request Order Protection coverage, the customer must contact us within 72 hours of receiving the order or, if it has not been received, within the estimated delivery date. Proof of damage, such as photographs of the damaged product or relevant tracking information, may also be required.
Order Protection is an additional and optional service and does not replace the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
